Parent job club on the estate

Are you actively looking for work or thinking about returning to employment? Lambeth Council have asked us to share this opportunity taking place on our estate.

The Department for Work & Pensions, in partnership with Family Community Work Coach, is offering a free 4-week Parent Job Club designed to help parents become job ready.

Right here on the Tulse Hill Estate, Jubilee Children's Centre will be hosting sessions, as well as two sessions at Loughborough Children's Centre.

This comprehensive programme covers everything you need to successfully return to work.

Week 1: CV writing and job preparation workshops

Week 2: provides crucial information about childcare support alongside interview preparation sessions.

Week 3: practical advice on Access to Work schemes and debt management

Week 4: Meet potential employers and apply for real vacancies.
