Lambeth Council hosting “Meet your Landlord”

Lambeth's Housing Teams are heading to Tulse Hill Estate for the Meet Your Landlord Tour 2026, and every resident is welcome.

  • When: Thursday 24 September, 6pm – 8pm

  • Where: Jubilee Hall, Tulse Hill Estate, SW2 2LY

  • Booking: Not required — just turn up!

A range of teams will be on hand to answer questions and offer support:

  • Neighbourhood Housing – manage external spaces and handle tenancy-related matters

  • ‍ ‍Community Works – carry out repairs to communal areas

  • Repairs – deliver repairs to your property

  • Homeownership & Rents Team – support with tenant and leaseholder services, including rent and service charges

  • Resident Engagement – working alongside residents, tenants, Resident Associations (TRAs) and voluntary groups to empower and connect the community

  • Estate Services – oversee outside services like rubbish collection, cleaning, gardening, play areas and improvements

Whatever's on your mind: a repair that needs chasing, a question about your service charge, or how to get more involved locally, this is your chance to speak to the people who can help, face to face.
